Claudia is a Research Analyst in the Terrorism and Conflict research group at RUSI. Her research focuses on countering violent extremism (CVE) with a focus on far-right extremism. Prior to joining the institute in 2018, she worked as a Research Assistant for the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organised Crime and interned with Chatham House, the Austrian Embassy in London, UNODC and the OSCE.
Claudia holds an MA (Distinction) in Conflict, Security and Development from King’s College London, where her dissertation examined the involvement of non-state armed groups in the Middle East in drug trafficking and the implications of this involvement for conflict resolution. She is currently a part-time MSc candidate in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism at University College London (UCL), where her dissertation explores the role of masculinity in far-right extremism.
