Project Manager – MASIF
Evelyn is the Project Manager for MASIF (Monitoring and Support for the Global Illicit Flows Programme), an EU funded project implemented by RUSI Europe. She manages the project’s activities, supports its research and supervises the communications.
Prior to RUSI Europe, Evelyn was working as Project Coordinator with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). During her time with MSF she worked in the field in Africa, South America, South Asia, Middle East and Europe. Her first job was as Project Officer for the South Asia team with Saferworld, a London-based conflict prevention NGO. Evelyn has a Masters in Humanitarian Action with a specialisation in Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from University College Dublin and Uppsala University, and a BA in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of Melbourne.
