Constance Garcia

Constance Garcia is the CFCS Communications Officer at RUSI Europe. She manages the communications activities and events for European Sanctions and Illicit Finance Monitoring and Analysis Network (Euro SIFMANet) including in-country roundtables for various EU member states.

She holds a MA in International Public Law and Post Conflict Situations from Aix-Marseille University in France and a European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice, Italy. Constance has prior experience in project management and event planning of international programs on juvenile justice and criminal proceedings at UNODC in Vienna. She also worked at the EU Delegation to the United Nations in Geneva on human rights-related issues and for the Office of the International Co-Prosecutor at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
